The Restaurant Steinbock is located in the centre of Glurns. The typically South Tirolean inn with a terrace offers classic South Tirolean dishes – from barley and bacon dumpling soup all the way to Viennese schnitzel. Head chefs Thomas and Kurt use primarily seasonal and regional ingredients for their dishes. The Hotel Steinbock is known not only for its warm classics from South Tirolean cuisine and its tasty pizzas, but also for its ice cream sundaes. The artisanal ice cream comes from a local Vinschgau ice cream manufactory, which makes fancy varieties such as Pala Pear-ice cream.
