Please vacate your room by 10:00. You can check in from 14:00 until 20:00. Please call us if you are planning to arrive at a later time.

Prices
The prices for the rooms are per person and day for accommodation with breakfast (AB) plus local tax of € 2.10 per person and day from 14 years. The price includes accommodation with breakfast, as well as parking, Internet, bicycle shelter and the VinschgauCard.

Payment
Please pay in cash (limited cash payment according to Italian regulations), by means of bank transfer, debit or credit card. As an advance payment we kindly ask you to transfer an amount as a deposit.

Outdoor area
Beautiful outdoor area with sunny terrace, barbecue facilities and garden.

Indoor area
We provide a “green” lounge for our guests with a small library and board games as well as a large bar area.

Pets
Pets are allowed. The fee for small and medium-sized dogs is 5.00 € per day, for big dogs 8.00 €.

Private parking spaces are available for free right next to the hotel.

Wi-Fi
The Internet can be used at no cost in all areas and in the rooms.

Lift
Our hotel does not have a lift. The upper floors are accessible only via a staircase.

General Terms and Conditions
Things often don’t go as planned. But it would be a shame if one of our rooms or apartments remained vacant, even though others would have loved to come. Our request: Please let us know in good time.

There is no right of withdrawal in terms of the Consumer Protection Act (announcement as per Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Act, GvD 206/2005) – but we do provide the following cancellation terms:

• Cancellation until no later than 15 days before arrival: 40% of the agreed total price
• Cancellation until no later than 8 days before arrival: 60% of the agreed total price
• Cancellation less than 8 days before arrival: 70% of the agreed total price
• in case of no-show, delayed arrival or early departure without acceptable reason, the apartment/room will be charged from or until the agreed day of arrival or departure, respectively

We reserve the right to decide on a case-by-case basis. The deposit paid will be retained as a processing fee in any case. Cancellations are accepted only in written form by letter or email.  

Travel cancellation insurance
Something can always happen before setting off on your trip, with our cancellation insurance you will be covered financially.
